We all learn and create differently.
But one thing I’ve found useful, which I wanted to share with you, was how I utilise Miro for digesting large amounts of information and expressing this back in a simple visual format which makes for collaborative learning. Whether be it online, or f2f.
I was prompted to share this on LinkedIn today, as I was quickly spinning up a visual of the Sales and Marketing funnel to share with my client’s client so they could understand the use of certain channels at certain points of the funnel. That might be obvious to people in Sales and Marketing, but you need to be clear to non-marketing professionals too to get buy-in.
Some of my clients or internal stakeholders aren’t specialists in Marketing, Growth, or Sales, so it’s important to be incredibly clear about why I’m building things the way I am. And for collaboration purposes.
Not on this board, but I created another Miro that reviewed internal acquisition and onboarding processes alongside the Customer Journey. What would your customer be doing/ thinking/ feeling at the same time you’re trying to move them along your process and funnel? Again a visual board to build upon together is just a fab way to learn and share.
