How can I scale my business?

The first step is getting clear as a Leadership Team on what your goals and ambitions are. Translate these into your Mission, Vision, North Star Metric, Objectives, and Key Results (OKRs) so that everyone else in your business can rally behind them.

If you want to be in control of your growth journey, you should understand what levers will help you to propel that growth: people, products, customers, markets, strategies and tactics.

All businesses looking to scale, should have a Growth and Go-To-Market Strategy in place. This will help you understand what these levers are and where you should focus your efforts first: customer acquisition, retention or expansion.
